Jon Kate Gosselin
I was going to keep my opinion about this whole Jon Kate Gosselin mess to myself, but I just can’t anymore. I hate Jon. I hate Kate and I feel horrible for those poor eight. The whole situation is tragic and now comes news that Jon all but emptied the joint bank account he had with Kate despite a court order barring him from doing so. What does this mean? He could easily be found in contempt of court should Kate decide to pursue legal action, and who are we kidding – of course she will. The show stopped being about the kids along time ago. Forget the eight, folks, this is the Jon and Kate Gosselin show now.
Did Jon’s lawyer tell Jon to take the money out of the account so he was able to cover his lawyer’s fees? No one knows for sure just yet, but that’s the accusation being made by Kate’s lawyer. The timing of it all seems a little suspicious considering Jon is now trying to shut down production of the show; claiming he no longer feels it is in his kids’ best interest to participate. I think that should’ve been pretty obvious to both parents in this situation long ago, but one has to question Jon’s motives. He wants to halt the divorce now and send the cameras away? Could that be because he was dropped from the show? Maybe Kate Plus 8 doesn’t sound as good with his name at the beginning – or anywhere for that matter.
The kids are the ones who really suffer in this whole Jon Kate Gosselin mess. They have to watch Mommy and Daddy fight it out in public. I don’t feel bad for Kate. She’s pushy, demanding and loves the cameras far too much to be able to clearly see what this could potentially be doing to her children. I don’t feel bad for Jon for reasons too obvious to even put into words, but those kids are innocent in all of this. I hope for their sake, these two at least try to work out a peaceful solution to all this drama and for the love of all things holy, turn off the cameras and settle it in private.

lady gaga hermaphrodite
By now we’ve all heard the rumor: Lady Gaga hermaphrodite. Youtube is littered with video ‘evidence’. So, you ask, what do you think, Kitten? Is Lady Gaga really Lord Gaga? Is there a little something extra in the undies she’s always flashing?
Who cares??? I mean really, don’t we have anything better to do with our time than try to figure out if a musician has boy and girl parts? The Lady – be she completely lady or not – rocks. The Fame is one of the best pop/dance albums released in a very, very long time. Poker Face, Just Dance, Paparazzi? Classic dance songs.
I absolutely adore her and in this day and age, would her being a hermaphrodite be that big of a deal? If you answered yes, then I’m sad for you – really and truly I am.

RIP Patrick Swayze
Such sad, sad news to post about today, ladies. After a two year battle with cancer, Patrick Swayze has passed away.
I would normally write more, but honestly, I’m a little at a loss for words here. While he has been sick, it’s hard to imagine him being gone. He has been such a part of pop-culture since Ghost and Dirty Dancing. In a year when we’ve already lost Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson, it’s hard to lose another icon – and Patrick Swayze cemented his place as a pop-culture icon the moment he uttered the words “Nobody puts Baby in a corner. He will be dearly missed. Let’s keep his family in our thoughts at this time and appeal to the press to let them deal with his passing in private.

Kanye West is an idiot.
Now, normally I’m not the ranting type (… no, really) but I can’t help it this time. No, I need to speak on this one.
I believe that everyone has the right to their own opinion and has the right to express that opinion. That’s what freedom of speech is all about. I’m about to exercise that right – Kanye West is an idiot. Taking the microphone from a nineteen-year-old girl who is accepting an award and trying to thank the people that gave her that award is not the way to make your point.
Poor Taylor Swift. I really feel for her. There are other avenues available for Kanye to voice his opinion on who the award went to. He has used his blog in the past to air his grievances with MTV. That should’ve been the route he took here. Instead, he took it upon himself to steal Taylor’s moment, and it was painful to watch. Even Beyonce looked shocked.
What bothers me most, is the people cheering him. How could anyone feel that was justified. Beyonce’s video was great, and honestly, I’m not a big fan of Taylor Swift, but c’mon. She’s nineteen and she just won a VMA. Let the girl enjoy it! Bitch about it if you most, but have a little class and a little respect and do it through the proper channels. Isn’t that what Twitter’s for?
I respect Kanye as an artist and love his music. Heck, I even find his antics amusing sometimes and have been on his side of the free speech debate more than once. This time though, you really crossed the line, Kanye. Man up and say you’re sorry.
